California law sets strict water conservation standards on landscaping

Under a new California law, all non-agricultural irrigation controllers sold or installed after Jan. 1, 2012, will be required to meet strict conservation performance standards. The law is designed to cut down on landscaping water use, and it is expected to represent a boon for companies selling immigration management products.
