Disney aims to help fight obesity

The Walt Disney Co. is taking a stand against trans fat and other less nutritious food choices by pledging to offer more healthful options for children at its domestic theme parks. The company also plans to restrict the types of food its characters can be associated with, saying licensing agreements will include strict nutrition guidelines, such as fat, calorie and sugar limits.
