Chef Tourondel rides high in impressive comeback

After chef Laurent Tourondel's break with Cello in Manhattan, he was so disillusioned with upscale dining that he decided to try something completely different. Today his Bistro Laurent Tourondel -- or BLT -- empire is booming, including five restaurants in New York and one set to open in Los Angeles, and it's all thanks to his innovative concept of an American steakhouse with a French bistro influence.
