Developer to build Pompano Beach Resort

Ocean Land Investments has announced plans to build a six-acre resort in Pompano Beach, Fla., where a 1950s-era Ramada Inn currently sits. That property will be razed, and a new resort that will include a 10-story Hilton Hotel, another as-yet-unnamed hotel and a marina, will be built in two phases.
