Don't let social loafing undermine a team's effectiveness

Teamwork is great, but it can also lead to a phenomenon known as "social loafing," Celine Roque writes. Creating smaller groups whose members have different skill sets can help to ensure that individuals don't hide behind the collective, studies show. Also, insist on individual deliverables so all team members know their output can be readily identified.
