Quickservice restaurants aren't waiting on nutritional transparency

Several quickservice chains have ramped up their efforts to make nutritional information about their menu items available to customers via several channels, despite the FDA's offer of more time to comply with new rules. At McDonald's, guests now have eight ways to read up on the chain's calorie counts and other nutritional information, including tray liners, the company's website and HealthyDiningFinder.com.
