Va. officials break ground on center to promote bio-based industry

State and local officials led the groundbreaking for a facility in Danville, Va., that is expected to focus on research and development of bio-based products. Among the projects expected from the Sustainable Energy Technology Center would be feasibility studies for biorefineries and the cultivation of bioenergy crops for trial purposes.
