Foodies debate the existence of "ethnic food"

Some dictionaries don't recognize the phrase "ethnic food" and neither do many in the food world who debated the question at this year's London Restaurant Festival. Critics say the term is a derogatory way to describe cuisine that's not French or Italian, while others say the phrase simply describes foods that only exist in certain places.
