Use of marijuana increases safety risk for drivers, study finds

Motorists are about twice as likely to crash their vehicles if they use marijuana before driving, according to an Epidemiologic Reviews study. "As more and more states consider medical use of marijuana, there could be health implications," said the study's lead author, Guohua Li.
