Cash-strapped Burlington International Airport in Vermont is negotiating fees that South Burlington says it owes. The city has billed the airport $205,000 for police, fire and deicing services. Airport officials say the bill is unwarranted, but the city said in a statement that it had "negotiated an agreement in principle" with airport officials.
