The majority of Facebook users that have "liked" a brand have suggested their friends do the same, and more than 80% have also liked content on the brand's page, according to a study by DDB Worldwide and OpinionWay Research. Companies that don't post interesting content or post too often are at the greatest risk of losing their users' support, the study found.
