Location-based mobile ad targeting that's accurate to a 300-foot radius around a venue is now available from Telenav with its acquisition of ThinkNear, a hyperlocal mobile advertising company. The targeting also includes situational information such as a given consumer's current activity and what's happening around them, including weather conditions.
