Boston leads ranking of biotech clusters

Boston is the top biotech hub in the U.S. based on the number of life sciences firms headquartered in the region with at least $100 million in funds, Luke Timmerman writes. San Francisco ranks second, with 24 life sciences companies with at least $100 million, compared with Boston's 35. The New York/New Jersey region has 15, and San Diego has 11.
