Experts: Top fruits for nutrition are oranges, apples, bananas

David Katz of Yale University's Prevention Research Center says that if he had to rank fruit in nutrition order, it would be oranges first, followed by apples and bananas. Registered dietitian Andrea Giancoli says that not everyone likes to peel fruit, and apples and bananas can be a better choice for people who are very hungry or who have high blood pressure.
