Half of Target shoppers use mobile apps while shopping, survey says

Consumers have embraced the use of mobile sites and applications to research products while shopping in stores, according to research from Parks Associates. The research showed that Target shoppers make the most use of mobile, with 54% consulting mobile apps instead of sales associates, compared with 38% of Wal-Mart shoppers.
