An Illinois lawmaker plans to revive a bill that would add casinos in the state, as well as allow slot machines at Chicago airports. State Rep. Robert Rita, a Democrat, said he wants a bill that will win support from Gov. Pat Quinn, who has vetoed two previous gaming bills. "I want to get this right," Rita said. "Not just right for the casino industry but right for the state, right ethically and right for the regulators who are going to have to enforce it." A hearing is scheduled for Oct. 23.
