WHF taps four for Wireless Hall of Fame honors

The Wireless History Foundation inducted four more people into its Wireless Hall of Fame on Tuesday night at a ceremony in San Jose, Calif., on the eve of the CTIA-The Wireless Association®'s MobileCON event. The honorees were Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va.; veteran technology executive Craig Farill; AT&T Labs Senior Vice President Kris Rinne; and George Schmitt, who was honored in the pioneer category for building the world's first CDMA and digital GSM networks.
