Report: Lockheed has a lock on $150 million rocket contract

Air Force officials are close to awarding a $150 million rocket launch contract to Lockheed Martin, the sole bidder on the contract. Boeing, which ordinarily would compete against Lockheed for the contract, was suspended from competition after it was found to improperly possess Lockheed documents.
