Nissan changes ad's music in response to complaints

Nissan Motor reported receiving fewer than 10 complaints about an ad for its Titan trucks that incorporates the whistling theme from "The Bridge on the River Kwai," because of the tune's association with Japan's mistreatment of POWs during World War II. The ad, created by Omnicom Group agency TBWA\Chiat\Day, will continue to air with different music.
