Northrop's Global Hawk to compete for Navy contract

Northrop Grumman will compete for a contract to build a surveillance plane for the Navy's Broad Area Maritime Surveillance program. Northrop says it will propose its Global Hawk, an unmanned aircraft that has flown in Iraq and Afghanistan.
