Hotels reach out to leisure travelers as business market stays in retreat

With business travel still slumping, many hotels that once depended on the business market are finding themselves rolling out the welcome mat for the more budget-minded leisure travelers. In South Florida, the drop in business travel has meant more competition for the leisure traveler in a market already glutted with what Smith Travel Research says is the country's largest increase in room inventory.
