Are unnecessary meetings dragging down your company?

Your company is probably wasting thousands of dollars a month on unnecessary meetings, argues Mike Figliuolo, and diluting its employees' productivity in the process. Quit holding meetings out of inertia, Figliuolo advises, and ask whether your workers would be better employed doing their jobs instead of sitting around a conference table. "Aren't we all a little too busy to spend half our time in a conference room meeting on a topic no one cares about to fulfill an objective no one can explain?" he writes. "Go kill a meeting today."
