Average monthly Part D premium will rise by 0.2% next year

Premiums for three of the expected top 10 Medicare Part D plans will decrease by 2% to up to 11.6% in 2011, according to Avalere Health, which had previously predicted a 10% average increase. Premiums for the other seven plans will see increases of between 3% and 19.6%, according to Avalere.
