CMS launches "Blue Button" feature on Medicare website

The CMS is making available on its MyMedicare.gov site a "Blue Button" feature to allow its 47 million Medicare members to access, print or download specific health data. "Having ready access to personal health information from Medicare claims can help beneficiaries understand their medical history and partner more effectively with providers," the agency said.
