Street food takes hold in Napa's wine country

A growing number of Napa Valley chefs are putting their personal twists on traditional Latin street food and serving their creations from food trucks as well as brick-and-mortar restaurants. Former Acacia Winery chef and wine educator Kevin Simonson teamed with his wife to form Crossroad Chicken, serving simple meals prepared in a truck outfitted with a wood-fired oven.
