U.K. will require all banks to sign a code of practice on taxes

U.K. Chancellor George Osborne said four of the 15 major banks in Britain have signed a code of practice that was developed to deter tax-avoidance schemes. The government plans to require all banks to sign the code. "We are going to be looking at the code of practice that the banks were supposed to sign up to make them good taxpayers," Osborne said.
