Auto-insurance bill draws flak from Democratic lawmakers in Mich.

Democratic members of the Michigan House voiced opposition to legislation that would revamp the state's no-fault auto-insurance system. The proposal would give motorists options to limit personal-injury-protection coverage. Michigan is the only state that requires medical-benefit coverage with no cap for those seriously hurt in auto crashes.
