AT&T cautions over Japanese firm's control of wireless spectrum

AT&T warns that foreign telecoms could control large amounts of wireless spectrum if Softbank succeeds in buying a majority stake in Sprint Nextel and controlling wireless provider Clearwire. In a statement, AT&T's Brad Burns said the deal would give the No. 3 Japanese carrier "control of significantly more U.S. wireless spectrum than any other company."
