Will retailers' anti-showrooming strategy backfire?

Best Buy and Target both have launched price-matching programs in a push to combat showrooming, but some industry watchers say the devil may be in the details. Both programs require shoppers to not only ask for the lower price but prove on the spot that they can get the item cheaper online.
