Costco expands chicken recall

Costco Wholesale has recalled more chicken products from a South San Francisco, Calif., store, expanding on an earlier recall because of an outbreak of salmonella linked to three Foster Farms plants in the state. The latest recall affects 13,455 units of Kirkland Signature Foster Farms rotisserie chicken and 638 units of Kirkland Signature soup, leg quarters and salad containing rotisserie chicken bought between Sept. 24 and Oct. 15.
