There are certain things to keep in mind to ensure your e-mail marketing campaign achieves results without irritating recipients, writes Aditi Mukherji. Use subject lines that accurately reflect the content of your messages, and avoid excessive capital letters or exclamation points. Also, get permission from your customers before sending messages, and give them ability to unsubscribe.
