Fla. man charged with illegally practicing medicine

Police charged an Orlando, Fla., man with practicing medicine without a license and dispensing prescription drugs without a license after he allegedly performed illegal buttocks enhancement procedures using silicone. Police said they found silicone liquid, lidocaine, syringes, commercial glue, gloves and needles in a hotel room where the man was staying.
