Are health care premiums on the rise? Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, thinks so and blames the Affordable Care Act for driving premiums "up and up and up" for "virtually every" American. That's a big exaggeration, writes Jon Greenberg. "The fact is, the majority of Americans already have insurance and Obamacare has had little impact on their premiums," he explains.
