IBM buys The Now Factory for phone-action analytics

IBM has purchased The Now Factory, which provides telecom companies with tools to monitor customer experience and determine interaction points. The purchase will help IBM customers identify high-volume subscribers ripe for an upsell. IBM's Big Data operations are expected to generate $20 billion in revenue by 2015.
