Mich. district works with law enforcement to promote social media safety

Law enforcement officers and school officials in a Michigan school district are collaborating to help inform parents about the importance of social media safety during a digital safety workshop next week. One of the primary goals, officials say, will be to better educate parents -- and students -- about how their actions online have consequences.
