Pakistan reports more girls enroling in school

In Pakistan, officials have noted a recent spike in the number of female students enroling in school, following the shooting in 2012 of teenager Malala Yousafzai, who has now become known internationally as an advocate for education for girls. Malala was shot by the Taliban as she rode a bus to school and has since become a role model for girls in the country.
