Reward-based, at-home program boosts vegetable intake in children

A study of 196 children who participated in the rewards-based Tiny Tastes program designed to help picky eaters learn to like vegetables found that 141 were willing to consume the selected vegetables at the end of the initiative, up from 39. The findings were published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
