Sainsbury's asks workers to help it go green

British supermarket Sainsbury's is using staff engagement as it tries to become the U.K.'s greenest grocer. The company's CSR efforts include investments in solar panels and energy efficiency, but it will take employee buy-in to help Sainsbury's go green, says sustainability chief Paul Crewe. "If all our colleagues do one small thing differently each day, it really can make a big difference and add up to big savings," he says.
