Illinois Board Of Education Considers Troubled-Schools Watch List

The Illinois State Board Of Education is considering creating the state's first-ever list of troubled elementary schools. If the state approves the list, it would create an oversight panel to improve performance at the schools. All eight schools eligible for the list are in Chicago.
