Huntington Hospitality to build Marriott Courtyard on Westlake Village site

The Huntington Hospitality Group, made up of former Marriott executives, has acquired one of the last vacant commercial land sites in California's Westlake Village for $6.4 million, and the group plans to build a four-story Marriott Courtyard Hotel on the site. Construction on the 160-room hotel is expected to begin this quarter and completion is due by late summer 2005.
