Blog: Airlines want access to restricted airspace

Airlines are looking for ways to increase the air space capacity around JFK, and one suggestion is to open up restricted military airspace when commercial traffic gets too congested. "No one believes that just posting a 'No Vacancy' sign at JFK is the right way forward," says Air Transport Association President and CEO James May.
