Fla. schools adopt anti-bullying policies and programs

As part of a statewide push to curb bullying and prevent violent behavior, a number of programs are aimed at educating students and staff in Florida's Hillsborough County schools this year. Across the state, Florida schools are also developing anti-bullying policies that include consequences for violators and online avenues for anonymous reporting. The widespread effort comes on the heels of a state law in effect since January requiring public schools to better document cases of bullying and make reporting violations easier.
