Social-media users nab criminals

Crime victims are starting to use crowdsourcing to catch burglars. An Atlanta couple posted surveillance video to the Web after a break-in, and YouTube users diligently scoured the footage and found the burglar. Law enforcement agents are also embracing technology, with some police stations sending text message alerts to their communities.
