Fliers should give themselves more time as new regulations take effect

The Transportation Security Administration may deny boarding to travelers who do not provide their gender, date of birth and full name to their airline within 72 hours of a flight's departure, starting Nov. 1. Experts urge travelers to double-check their personal information with their airline and to give themselves extra time to pass through security since the new regulations could lead to boarding delays.
