Former governor of New Mexico calls for end to military ban

The federal court ruling striking down "Don't ask, don't tell" should not be appealed by the Obama administration, writes Gary Johnson, a Republican who was governor of New Mexico. "Sometimes the Courts get it right, and when they rule against a government policy that is just wrong, the President should let that ruling stand," he notes.
