Manhattan dermatologist Debra Jaliman volunteered to have her website reviewed by New York Times readers after being less than pleased with search engine optimization results. "In many cases, companies don't have a real feel for what drives consumers," she said. In addition to her website, Jaliman appears frequently in media outlets, writes a blog, and maintains Twitter and Facebook accounts.
