Everyone has the ability to succeed, but we often make decisions that don't help us to accomplish our goals, writes Jeff Haden. Rather than try to be the best at everything, it's important to focus on a few goals and pursue them relentlessly, he writes. "Decide what is most important to you, decide to focus on those things ... and decide to let go of the things you may want to do but realistically cannot, at least for now," Haden writes.
