Dairy farmers look to fight changes in milk prices

California dairy farmers are upset that they are getting less money for raw milk, but retail prices are varied. Some dairy farmers are banding together to reduce the milk supply, but one grocery representative says milk prices are subject to such heavy competition that retailers are forced to offer competitive prices.
