Diabetics could benefit from herbs and spices

Researchers found that many herbs and spices might help inhibit tissue damage and inflammation brought on by high blood-sugar levels. Allspice, apple pie spice, cinnamon, cloves, marjoram, pumpkin pie spice, sage and thyme were cited as most likely to help diabetics.
