Europe back in reach of many American travelers

As the financial crisis spreads from the U.S. to Europe and beyond, travelers interested in visiting the Continent are seeing some relief in prices. Airlines have started offering deals on trans-Atlantic flights, hotels are discounting, and travel companies are holding prices or even reducing them. Travelers often find autumn to be less expensive, but drops in demand are also spurring deals this year.
